SMS Retriever for Sim Card

SMS Retriever for Sim Card

Do you want to know what someone has been receiving or sending in texts. This device allows you to read the deleted messages stored in a mobile telephone sim card.

You can insert the sim card to the USB reader, and install the retriever software on your pc. The software is then able to reveal deleted text messages. The software will only work on Windows XP or Windows 2000. A pay-as-you-go SIM will usually display 10 texts, a contract SIM will usually display 20 texts. The texts displayed are the last texts saved to the SIM, whether deleted or not.

160 pound price tag could be expensive, but then not everyone need this dirty trick.

RDCRS ensures cellular signal coverage when disaster strikes

RDCRS ensures cellular signal coverage

CellAntenna’s new CAE750 Dual-Band Rapid Deployment Cellular Repeater System (RDCRS) is a fully-portable version of the company’s popular CAE700 dual-band repeater system. The RDCRS allows government agencies and other users to immediately deploy a solution that boosts cellular signals in outdoor and indoor areas that may not have adequate cellular signal coverage due to natural or terror-related disasters. Designed specifically for use in emergency operation centres and response vehicles, the RDCRS facilitates cellular communication in areas as large as 15,000 square feet, ensuring that personnel in that radius will receive reliable, clear cellular signals in low signal level conditions. The RDCRS is packaged in a rugged, roller-type case for easy transport, can easily fit into the trunk of a vehicle, and is lightweight enough to be deployed by a single person.

The RDCRS is available as a dual-band configuration, either PCS and Cellular, or PCS and SMR/NPSPAC, and is packaged complete with all the necessary cabling and antennas. In case of power failure or lack of AC power, the RDCRS features a battery backup designed to supply 8 hours of reliable communication service. Additional operational time can be achieved by configuring the RDCRS with the Fuel Cell Option to provide up to three months of operation time without refueling.

CellAntenna Corporation developed the RDCRS after a tremendous consumer response to its standard CAE700 dual-band repeater system. A number of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Joint Field Offices have installed CellAntenna’s CAE700 repeater system in order to boost cellular signals in and around Field Office locations. In response to customer feedback, CellAntenna quickly moved to develop the immediately deployable portable CAE750 RDCRS.

LG introduces a hybrid-like Bluetooth device - Style-i

LG introduces a hybrid-like Bluetooth device - Style-i
LG Electronics has developed a new pen-shaped Bluetooth device, called Style-i. The device is 4.3-inch long and weighs 0.80 oz. Style-i operates like a remote control for Bluetooth enabled mobile phones. It can work with up to three handsets at a time, while they are anywhere, but in users’ hands. The device enables users to dial numbers through its blue backlighted keypad or to see the caller ID and the last number dialed on the blue display. Users can hold it just like a traditional cellphone as there is a small speaker at the top and a microphone at the bottom. Moreover, there’s a 2.5-millimeter jack to attach a headphone. The device goes with a rechargeable battery, which provides up to 8 hours of use and 200 hours of standby time. Style-i is expected to be launched in April. The exact price is not revealed yet, although it is known that it will be less than $150.

Sony MEX-BT5000 : In-car Bluetooth device that effortlessly delivers handsfree calls

Sony MEX-BT5000

Looking for the right audio head units for your car. Look no further cause it is just in front of you. We are talking about the Sony car audio head unit which has just been announced by Sony, it is called the Sony MEX-BT5000 and features Bluetooth® wireless technology. Designed specifically for the mobile lifestyle, the MEX-BT5000 automatically links to any Bluetooth mobile phone and provides handsfree calls with crystal clear sound.

What’s more, with a high visibility screen you can make and receive calls during a journey without even bothering to take your mobile out from your pocket. In addition, it also allows the much-needed wireless transfer of up to fifty phone book contacts to the head unit itself, this is the specialty of the Sony MEX-BT5000, which you will not find in most of the other car audio head units. Apart from his stylishly minimal design and a full motion fluorescent display, installation of BT5000 is very simple, which was not the case with previous Sony head units.

Ideally, your head unit would be used to provide a signal to your amplifiers that is line level and you would not have to use its internal amplifiers. They usually do not have the power and strength to drive speakers both loudly and cleanly. No head unit typically has more than about 60watts of total output power because more would require a real DC-DC power supply (which does not fit in a head unit easily). Using the head unit power can be a temporary solution until a separate amplifier can be purchased, just make sure you do not try to power any subwoofers or insensitive component sets with the head unit’s built in power. Also it is not just a handsfree, show it a mobilephone or music player that supports Bluetooth® audio streaming and it will retrieve and play music too. No word on pricing and availibility.

“The BT5000 is all about making the mobile life simpler,” says Patrick Naltet, Marketing Director Sony e-Vehicle Europe. “No more third-party car phone kits, no more fiddling about when you get in and out of the vehicle. Just seamless, smart connectivity whenever you drive. This is how it’s going to be from now on.”

“Once you’ve used smart handsfree, you are going to want the same automatic connection to your music, be it on your phone or audio player,” adds Tetsuya Ando, Vice President, Sony e-Vehicle Europe. “The BT5000 is already in place to provide this so long as you have something like the Sony Ericsson W950 Walkman phone. Again, this is the way things are going to go, and Sony is right there, one step ahead.”

3 Mobile Glues in SIM Cards

In an effort to thwart mobile phone resellers, 3G Mobile out of the UK has decided to glue the SIM cards into their pre-paid phones. They are simply using epoxy to glue the SIM cards in. Could this be the stupidest idea ever? Quite possibly.
