Parrot Bluetooth Sound System for Mobile Phones

Parrot Bluetooth Sound System

Parrot has introduced the new addition to its lineup of Bluetooth devices – the Photo Viewer. The new device is a wireless Bluetooth-enabled photo frame that allows users to display and share photos, taken with their cameraphones. The Photo Viewer has an easy-to-use interface. All, the users have to do is synchronize the device with their Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone, select the picture they want to display and send it to the Photo Viewer via Bluetooth. The device automatically selects a portrait or landscape mode and if the frame’s position is changed it will automatically resize and rotate the photo displayed. The Parrot Photo Viewer is equipped with a sensor, which switches off the frame at night or when the light level drops. The main features of the Photo Viewer are:

  • 3.5-inch 262 k color TFT display
  • Bluetooth 1.2 (FTP, OPP and BIP profiles)
  • 32 MB internal memory (stores more than 100 photos)
  • JPEG images from 700k to 7m pixels accepted
  • Portrait or landscape position sensor
  • Automatic image resizing
  • Fixed and slideshow display functions

The Parrot Photo Viewer, which can be either free-standing or wall-mounted, is compatible with all brands of Bluetooth-enabled cameraphones. It will be available in both white-leaded oak and leather, and is expected in Q2 2006.
